Funny. My tarot teacher told us that some believe you need to burn them or bury them, but that she just throws them away. She considers them just a tool; not holy objects to be revered. So that's what I do too.
What is the proper way to dispose of tarot cards?

When cards are missing I believe they should be used for something if possible, (art project, bookmarks in tarot books etc)
ReplyDeleteIf the deck is complete and usable, I think they should be passed on to someone else to use (I have collected a few used decks from people)
and if they are absolutely not usable anymore then I believe they should be burnt and buried or scattered...
