Does tarot cards interpret our future correctly?
no
Reply:any time anyone tries to predict the future by any means I am both cynical and skeptical. mainly con artists perform these tricks.
Reply:naw man its all bs they just make generalizations about ppl and the ppl get freaked out by it and believe it because in there minds they want to believe in it they want to be shocked and amazed by it so they connect what the person tells them to there lives some how its a scam all just guessing and generalizations hope this helps
Reply:The cards must be interpreted by the reader.

If you are learning to use the cards you will find how they can mean many different things.

If you are paying someone else to read them for you, be aware of fraud. Most people who read for money, and doing it "for money" and can not really be believed.

Learn the cards, at least a little bit, and you will see how other people interpret them may not be at all like what you see in them.

Same goes for astrology and any other occult things.
Reply:One of the best definitions of the Tarot that I've heard is that they are a sophisticated version of a Rorschach test. Like the ink blots, the images help pull information out of your subconcious or help the reader see for you. People with psychic or intuitive abilities can open and keep a flow of information going with the cards. They aren't fortune telling cards, just find out what is going on with you and help find possible paths.
Reply:Only if you believe in them. Not every single time, or every card, but, there will be times where it would refer to a point in your life. Not necessarily the future, but, present situations, also.
Reply:no, its a scam...trust me I know...I can read your tarot for $10...reading guaranteed. (I don't read tarot but this is what I think of it)
Reply:tarot cards are for entertainment.

anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to get your money.
Reply:I agree they provide guidance as well as self-motivation. I read the words carefully and take what i can from it to either adapt to my life or inspire me to change in different ways.
Reply:I have used tarot cards for friends with problems and they have been very helpful.
Reply:I think it is misleading to portray tarot as solely a fortunetelling device. It is not a magic mirror or crystal ball that sees into the future.

It allows a reader to advise you, the sitter, on a path or paths to be taken, or not, in order to affect the most positive outcome.

None of this "a tall dark stranger" BS...
Reply:Tarot can give you a path to follow and a look at the present and past. They never tell you what is to be, only what is possible. The very fact of the reading can change the future.

Reply:Please understand, the future is ALWAYS in flux. With each choice, from what we ware, to what we eat and say, our futures change a little.

Any method of predicting the future (Tarot, etc) will take this into account and only tell your future as the TIME OF THE READING. So, when you leave the reading, you can alter that by changing an attitude or action addressed in the reading.

For example, if you have a reading that says that you will marry a particular type of person and you do not want to, change the type of people that you date!
Reply:Tarot Cards only give glances of possibilities....nothing written in stone...any one decision can change one reading u recieve....if u really want to know more you should pick up a book about tarot and it's history...also not every person is enclined to understand what tarot really is...so don't take it so intensley...it was meant as a sort of guide....not a guideline to base ur life on
Reply:In my experience, and what I teach my students, is that the cards are pretty much correct, though our interpretation of them may be faulty. There are times when the cards are not accurate, and this tends to be when a person 'loads' them with an expected outcome. In other words, a girl really stressed about her job can 'expect' bad news, and manipulate the cards subconsciously so that they can say all the bad things she expects to hear.

Yes, there are a lot of hucksters out there, and people need to be cautious. My general rule of thumb is don't overpay, and don't ask a lot of questions. If the psychic is a good one, they should be able to accurately speak about your past and current situation. If they are wrong about the past etc, they aren't likely to pick up your future accurately.
