Astrology, numerology, tarot cards,ghosts, psychic gifts and abilities?

I am fascinated with this kind of thing. I don't believe that it is supernatural; I think (at least some of it) is scientific and that one day we will be able to prove or disprove these phenomena. I believe we will be able to quantify it and understand exactly what it is and how it works.





Do you believe in things like this? Do you believe that it's scientific or supernatural?

Astrology, numerology, tarot cards,ghosts, psychic gifts and abilities?
A lot of what we call psychic abilities are probably abilities of the brain that people don't know how to use, or have lost through dependence on technology. Just my opinion.

There are no psychic gifts - only abilities. They are within us all, stronger in some than in others. Being psychic is natural.





Astrology is a science.





Numerology, tarot are tool used by a psychic to help gain insight.

Reply:I watch Ghost Hunters sometimes on Sci Fi channel. They attempt to prove or disprove hauntings through science. 99% of the time they disprove, 1% of the time they have some lame evidence that could be the wind or a squeaky board.
Reply:The Demon Haunted World by Carl Sagan would be a great book to read, its about everything you talk about, but add in UFOs
Reply:Pretty much all these things have been tested scientifically already, and they have all been refuted.





Don't let wishful thinking get in the way of reality.

Reply:Yes, i believe in things like this. I believe that it is supernatural. Why u ask, because i have seen it with my own eyes. There are things out there that will never be explained because there is no explanation about it. If ur gut tells u that it is real then more than likely it is. Never underestimate anything
Reply:Supernatural and the sacred scriptures like Koran forbid me to believe in those things as good or harmless.
Reply:We are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.

Whatever is analytical after observation and facts are scientific...these are areas where there is nothing like facts hence supernatural.
