Weird experience with Tarot cards?

I'm a beginner, i worked with tarot cards, and it works,


but the weird part is that the cards are giving me the answers that i "want" to get!


they don't tell me the truth. they simply tell whatever that i want to hear. why is that?


anyone had the same experience?

When you say "it works" and you also say the cards don't tell you the truth, you're contradicting yourself.





Right now, the tarot is showing you that your desire to have what you want is greater than your desire to know the truth. Get to know yourself, develop yourself spiritually, and you will find the tarot becomes more reliable in what it shows you.
Reply:Oh yeah. This is very common. Trick to getting the cards to tell you what you need to know, is to first prepare yourself. Are you really ready to know the truth? Are you in a mind-space / heart-space where you can accept whatever the cards tell you?





Spend time in nature, praying/meditating/communicating with your Higher Power. Then when you attempt the reading again, first say OUT LOUD what your intensions are. (Like a prayer.) Then shuffle and ask your question.

Reply:Well, I have worked with Tarot Cards many years. This is a reason why I do not give tarot card reading to myself very often. But yes, I have experienced this. If you want it to be more accurate, ask someone who knows what they are doing to give you one!

Reply:That's because the one interpreting the cards (you) wants to see that answer..lol...keep working at it and the cards will start to contradict you! lol...then things get interesting...

Reply:You can't be too objective in the interpretation when you know what you want to hear. Have someone else do it for you, best if it's not someone too close to you.
